Padded Briefs
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our padded briefs, all sales are final once shipped. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or preference.
- Defective or Damaged: If your briefs arrive defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@pouchguardz.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll promptly send a replacement or issue a refund.
- To prevent sizing issues, please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order. Our team is happy to help with measurements.
Custom T-Shirts
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for T-shirts within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, we’ll send the replacement once we receive the original shirt.
- Returns for Refund: We’ll refund the product price to your original payment method once the shirt is received and inspected.
- Defective or Incorrect Orders: If your T-shirt arrives misprinted, damaged, or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days so we can fix it right away—at no cost to you.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

- Worn, washed, or altered items
